Refund Application Conditions
If you wish to request a refund, please submit your request to us within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached.
Refund Process
Submit a request: Please submit a refund request through our customer service email erik@gussetshop.com and provide the following information:
Order number
Details of the purchased product
Refund reason
Review and processing: After receiving your request, we will review and contact you for confirmation within 3 business days.
Returns: After review and confirmation, please send the item back to our return address. Please make sure you obtain and keep the mailing receipt to track the package.
Refund Time
We will process the refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its status. The refund will be refunded to your payment account.
Not eligible for a refund
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
The item is beyond the 30-day application period;
The item has been washed, used or damaged;
We have not been provided with information related to the refund application.
Shipping Policy
Unless the item is defective or mis-shipped, the return shipping costs incurred by requesting a refund for personal reasons shall be borne by the customer.
